Newspaper Interview Interview with Christiane Brosius and Rajan Khatiwoda on the Nepal Flood

For its weekend edition the Rhein-Neckar-Zeitung (RNZ) interviewed Christiane Brosius and Rajan Khatiwoda on the recent flood in Nepal. In the interview they highlight how the destruction of temples affects both Nepal’s heritage and the religious lives of local communities, for whom these sites are homes of the gods and places of everyday worship. They also indicate how the Nepal Heritage Documentation Project’s records can support efforts to recover and potentially reconstruct the affected sites.
